About this property

Cotswolds Country Cottage | Boutique, Romantic Retreat for Two

Escape to the heart of the Cotswolds and unwind in our charming boutique country cottage, designed for couples seeking relaxation, romance, and a true countryside getaway. Nestled in the peaceful village of Purton Stoke, the cottage combines traditional charm with modern comforts, and is just a short drive from Cirencester and surrounding villages.

Step inside to find a cosy living area with comfortable seating, a TV with Sky, a dining space, along with a fully equipped kitchen and super-fast Wi-Fi throughout.

Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to an open-plan bedroom and bathroom, featuring a king-sized bed and a luxurious roll-top bath with shower attachment — the perfect setting for a romantic escape.

Outside, enjoy your own private patio, our private gardens and 7 acres of surrounding fields, Just opposite, you’ll find The Bell Pub, a local favourite known for its outstanding food and drink — booking ahead is recommended as it’s very popular.

We live onsite and are happy to help if needed. A travel cot can be provided for babies, though the spiral staircase means the cottage is not suitable for walking infants. Please note the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are open-plan, and the staircase is slightly narrow, so care is advised.

This is a lovely comfortable cottage in a great location. The owners have been very welcoming and helpful and check in is easy. Very private. I have been staying in this cottage the past few weeks as I am working in Swindon and have found it excellent for commuting into Swindon which takes no time at all. Good facilities (I cook my own meals whilst working away) and shops nearby.
