Appartement fonctionnel, très propre, agréable, disposant d'une minuscule terrasse, mais souffrant d'un manque de matériel de base dans la cuisine (plats, passoire, couverts ...) A son actif, la litterie est excellente et tous les équipements semblent neufs. La proximité d'une station de métro facilite les déplacements vers le centre historique.
