It is located 30 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the sandy beach, 15 km from the Peralada golf course, 15 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. The villa is situated within a residential complex, in an area suitable for family stays.



The accommodation features a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living-dining room and some bedrooms, private swimming pool, outdoor parking and television.
