The Tour:

As you enter the townhome, you’ll enter the very open and bright Great Room, featuring rich wood floors, high ceilings, and extra wide glass sliding doors that lead to a deck that offers amazing views of the treetops and the various peaks of the Cascade Mountain Range. Here, you will enjoy a new Weber natural gas grill and seating to enjoy the views. Back inside, the Great Room features a 77 inch LG 4K smart TV as well as a large, modern fireplace for those cool Winter nights. Enjoy the comfort of the modernist style furnishings.

You will enjoy preparing your meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Bertazzoni cooking range and plenty of counter space.

At the other end of the townhome, the Primary Suite offers a King bed with a very comfortable, high-end mattress. Open the French doors to enjoy the fresh, Mountain air. From your bed, you can warm up with the remote-controlled, two-sided gas fireplace that is also enjoyed from the spa-like bathroom’s deep, modern tub. Or, just enjoy the flames from the comfortable King bed. You will also enjoy the large, walk-in shower and a double vanity.

Walking back to the Great Room, you will find the laundry room with a full sink and full-size modern Samsung washer and dryer, and then further down the hall, an extra half bathroom. And, across from this bathroom you will find another room that features a day bed that sleeps 2 more! (2 twin mattresses). This room features a cool modern glass barn door with a privacy curtain. This room is perfect for 2 kids!

Downstairs features a pool table, sitting areas, and a wet bar. Located off this room are two additional bedrooms and another large bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms features a large, private deck with stunning views of the treetops. During non-Winter months, this deck features a spin bike and other workout gear. Another door leads to the hot tub. Please note that garage parking is currently unavailable.

Breathtaking views

We were only there for 3 days but the time we spent in the house was fantastic. The views from the upper balcony were gorgeous. We watched the sun set behind the mountains every evening. We cooked out on the grill one night as well. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Would certainly return to this location.

Bend lacrosse tournament visit

The location could not have been better! It’s always tricky to book something during this particular weekend as sports teams travel. This year we opted for to rent a home & this one was just perfect! Our family loved the walks best of all! Thank you!

Beautiful space and view

This was our first experience with VRBO. The property is very nice and the space is comfortable. Communication was easy and timely. The pool table downstairs was a fun bonus and the views from upstairs were breathtaking.

AWESOME HOME WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS

We were in a really bad rental with major problems and VRBO stepped up and moved us to this awesome, beautiful condo in the Old Mill District with absolutely spectacular views. The owners were willing to work with VRBO in order to move us and they were super nice to us and were very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this condo and location.

Amazing views from a majestic home. Communication with, and accommodations for our visit with home owners- - above and beyond excellent. Sweet neighbors next door also! So close to EVERYTHING. Highly recommend! Oh- Keurig is broken so we used the drip machine- that was the only little thing! We bought coffee from Sisters that was delish!!

Incredible views and sunsets

This beautiful home offers incredible views and evening sunsets. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and coffee supplies. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Mill District and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Bend. They even supplied inflatable tubes to float the river. The owner was responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful time in Bend and our rental was part of the reason! It was spacious, clean and had beautiful views. And the kitchen was well stocked which helped a lot. Plus great communication with the homeowners.

Beautiful views close to Old Mill District

It is a very nice townhouse with beautiful views of all the mountains. 25 minute drive to Bachelor. 15 minute walk to the Old Mill District. Lots of trails for walking and running.

Wonderful Stay in Bend

I fully recommend staying at this beautiful property! The location is convenient to all Bend has to offer. Other reviewers raved about the views and they were not wrong. Every evening we watched the most beautiful sunsets over the mountains. The pool table is a wonderful touch! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Golf Trip

Home was in a great location and short Uber ride to downtown Bend. Enjoyed the patio overlooking the trees and mountain views. Great accommodations for 4 guys as we all had our separate rooms. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Townhouse was perfect for the 6 of us. Large outdoor deck on property that provided great views of trees, mountains and sunsets. Open floor plan with large sofa and seating provided great space for our family get together. High end appliances in kitchen and quality through-out. Well stocked kitchen with coffee provided, but so much more according to the cooks. Comfortable bedding. Large screen TV's. All good. Location great as well. Looked great in pictures and even better when we got there. Highly recommend.

A newer home with comfortable furnishings, terrific sunsets and responsive owners. Location easy walk to Mill District (albeit a hill back home for those who prefer no hills) but far enough to enjoy the beauty of Bend in peace.
