You can have BOTH! Book your vacation at this modern yet cozy, fresh water, pond retreat in the heart of BREWSTER, nestled in the woods, surrounded by songbirds. Our home is very close to bayside and Nantucket Sound beaches, and a short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore!

Sip your morning coffee or tea out on the private dock observing the resident ducks and swans as the sun rises over the water. Rent our kayaks, or bring your own paddle boards, kayaks or canoes and explore on this beautiful 93 acre kettle pond, Walkers Pond directly connects to an even larger Upper Mill Pond for an incredible paddle adventure. Observe the full moon over the water from the dock, deck or 2nd floor master suite~gorgeous!

Share barbecue, boiled lobster, or takeout on the deck, and enjoy an evening campfire overlooking the pond. Inside is ample space for end-of-the-day home entertainment - music, TV, or movies. In case of a rainy day, there are games, puzzles, ping pong, Foosball, mini-pool or settle in with a great book!

4 bedrooms (ALL air conditioned and with ceiling fans)sleep 8 comfortably on king, queen, full and twin beds.

There are 3 FULL BATHROOMS including one off the main hallway with a tub/shower. The first floor queen bedroom has a connecting private bathroom with pedestal sink and walk- in marble tiled shower. The second floor master suite has its own marble tiled bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

The kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, tile backsplash, all stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for 4, farm table with seating for 7, hardwood flooring and beautiful, large windows and slider overlooking the pond!

You will find laundry machines in the clean, unfinished basement down one level, along with a workout space, full sized ping pong table, foosball table, mini-pool table, and extra Adirondack chairs for outside relaxing. Walk out from basement through French doors onto a short pathway to our private dock and custom outdoor shower.

This is the perfect property for those wanting a beautiful, updated, clean, open concept home on the water. It is centrally located and close to everything!

Brewster lake house

Sue and Tom were some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and the house was pretty perfect all around. The attention to detail in the house is amazing, as they’ve really thought of everything you would need for a great vacation. We loved the kayaks and the ping pong table and the kitchen was so well stocked with beautiful appliances and utensils. It was also very quiet and peaceful on the lake with a lovely deck overlooking it. Would happily stay again next summer!

The Perfect Getaway

Better than the pictures! We had the best stay at Tom & Sue's place and would definitely come again. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality materials (from someone who loves to cook), the view of the water was so peaceful, anything you need was provided. The location was very central, we went all over the Cape during our week there. Not a single complaint and can't wait for our next one.

This was the perfect property for us- two families with young kids. Impeccable condition, well stocked kitchen, great deck overlooking beautiful pond where we swam and kayaked daily. Beautiful home and pond-front location

Eight of us were down for the week - my sister and I along with our children and her grandchildren. The home is incredible. It is in pristine condition and I am quite envious of the home owners. The Captains chairs on the deck overlooking the pond were my favorite location for my morning coffee and listening to the birds. Everyone had fun taking out the kayaks and seeing some wildlife on the pond. We had a few fires in the fire pit along with some marshmallows. We had a fantastic time.

Perfection is the best way to describe this home. What makes this home special is the home owners attention to detail.It was spotless which we so appreciated which then set the tone for the week. Well appointed kitchen above and beyond! Our standing comment was, “ I found it, they have everything!” and the reply back was always “ of course they do!” Best showers & comfortable beds. The upstairs primary suite was perfect! This home as enough space to hang out in even on a rainy day. Well stocked with games, ping pong and excellent size tv’s. Location and access to beaches and restaurants are very convenient. The owners were easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions. Blissfully peaceful stay on Walkers Pond

The house and property were exactly as pictured. The owner was an excellent communicator. The house was lovely and thoroughly equipped, but we spent almost all of our time on the deck, dock, or pond, rarely seeing any other people. It was convenient to all our favorite places and beaches in Dennis and Brewster. We would definitely stay again!

Best Rental So Far

We’ve been renting on the Cape, usually in the Brewster area, since 2010. This home is our favorite by far. Close to both Brewster and Dennis beaches, but having the pond in the “backyard” was ideal. The house was spotless, beautifully renovated and decorated, and with everything you need plus things you didn’t realize you needed. The scene from the deck was just ideal, and the upstairs master suite was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Loved our week there!

Nothing short of PERFECT

I don't know what more to say to add to these raving reviews, but I certainly need to chime in! We have stayed in many homes in many cities and not one is as perfect as Sue & Tom's Brewster home. I know "perfect " is hard to live up to, but I can guarantee that is the correct word. The home is immaculate and so well thought out. The beds are all comfortable, the layout is amazing, the location and grounds are fantastic. The amenities are thoughtful and top notch. We immediately felt at home and I cannot think of one thing we needed or would change. Even the mulch was clean!! The kayaks were a wonderful extra, as was the fire pit and the ping pong table. It's not often we get to sit around quietly with our 4 "twenty-something' kids for quality time, but this house sure brought us together! We've never been to Cape Cod before and the whole experience was punctuated by how lovely and lovingly cared for this home is. Sue was so responsive and an absolute please to communicate with throughout the entire renting process. The items in the home are pure quality and we all felt spoiled. The kitchen layout is all function with high quality appliances, dishes, utensils and extras! The sheets and towels are luxurious and the renovations and upkeep are definitely noticeable and appreciated. Even a simple small pad of paper and pen tucked away was just right when we needed it. Thank you so much, Sue & Tom! We know this is likely our last vacation with our kids before everyone wanders away or adds a plus 1 and to know we wrapped up our nuclear family vacations on such a positive note is the most heartwarming memory we could have asked for! Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at Walker’s Pond with two of our adult children and their partners. In town for a family wedding in Dennis, the location was perfect. This place has it all!

We had a lovely stay on Walker Pond. A beautifully maintained and recently renovated home on Walkers Pond. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. The owners are super responsive and have curated a wonderful space to relax and enjoy. I greatly recommend renting the kayaks as we had a great time paddling around the pond. Enjoying the views from the deck was also a highlight to every morning. An amazing stay all around!

Great stay in Brewster, MA!

Our family had a great time at Sue and Tom's house in Brewster. The house is spotlessly clean, and everything is clearly labeled and well documented. The house is beautifully renovated, especially the upstairs master bedroom suite which has huge windows overlooking the lovely pond. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed, and when we had questions Sue was very quick to help via text. We enjoyed kayaking on the pond and would recommend that activity as well. We highly recommend this home!

Loved Walker Pond

Beautiful comfortable home in great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tom and Sue are wonderful hosts, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautifully renovated, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and cozy. Every bed is comfortable, as are all the sitting areas. Bathrooms are newly renovated and beautiful also. I often bring my own cooking supplies to a house rental, but there was no need for me to have done this, as the house was sufficiently stocked with good-quality pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. There were many games and books available, and our sons enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the (incredibly clean!) basement. The location is so peaceful and quiet, yet convenient to everything we needed (bike trails, bay and ocean beaches, ponds, restaurants, shops.) Being right on the pond was a wonderful treat. We loved sitting on the dock and admiring the pond, and also enjoying the views from the deck and inside the house. What a treat to wake up (in the beautiful and spacious master bedroom) to the sunrise and the mist on the pond. Definitely rent the kayaks, we had a blast. Such a great way to see birds and turtles and the leaves turning lovely fall colors. We had gorgeous weather, so also enjoyed biking and going to the nearby beaches. It was extremely helpful that Tom and Sue have a binder of very clear and useful information about the area, and all the appliance manuals. Everything in the house is clearly labeled. We’ve been going to the Cape for several decades, but appreciated all the advice and suggestions outlined in such detail in the binder. We hope to return for another stay in the Meyer’s beautiful home. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking, Picturesque, Tranquil view on Walkers Pond. Peacefulness on Walkers Pond

Great house - Sue and Tom were attentive from the beginning of our stay through the end. Sue and Tom did a wonderful job making their home comfortable for guests. All kitchen appliances are top of the line. Great cookware; dishes and utensils are neatly and conveniently located. We brought our own but Sue and Tom had plenty of spices, etc. to share. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms tastefully decorated. Bathrooms were all new and beautifully decorated also. A quiet neighborhood and close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. Parking available for 5-6 cars. Mother Nature was good to us and so we were able to enjoy both Walker Pond and local beaches (favorite is Mayflower) every day. Sitting on the deck or dock having your morning coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine - priceless. Highly recommend this home to make great memories. Wonderful home on the lake

I stayed at Tom & Sue’s lovely home for a week in July with my family and the house and location are perfect! Everything is beautifully decorated and organized, with plenty of room both inside and outside to relax. There are kayaks to use on the lake, a gorgeous dock and back deck overlooking the water, and a fantastic fully stocked kitchen to cook in. The house was so clean and well kept, it was a pleasure to be there. We are looking forward to hopefully going back next year! This is the nicest rental we’ve had, and Tom and Sue are amazing hosts with lots of helpful info on the area. Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property on Walker Pond

We spent a delightful week on Walker Pond with three generations of family. We loved using the kayaks and exploring the beautiful natural surroundings. Welcome to our beautiful Cape home! Sue and I purchased 361 Slough Road October 2017, after searching nearly two years for the perfect Cape Cod house. Sue grew up vacationing with her family on the Cape, and passed on that love to her family. We have continued that vacation tradition with our three daughters.
Sue and I grew up in Delmar and Troy, NY respectively, and have raised our family in nearby Brunswick, New York.
