The space

Carpenters Cottage offers the best of both worlds, situated in a peaceful part of the Lake District but only a 20-minute journey into the hustle and bustle of the Lakes by car or train (with the station being just a 1-minute walk away). Recently refurbished throughout to an extremely high standard, Carpenters Cottage is a deceptively spacious property that features a stylish open plan living/kitchen dining area with a wood burning fire, perfect for a cosy night in watching your favourite movie on the 42’ Smart TV with Prime and Netflix.

The dining area can seat up to four people. The kitchen is compact but well equipped with all modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom is a spacious room with double bed, original (feature) fireplace and large hanging rail; perfect to store all your belongings. The second bedroom is a deceptively spacious haven for both adults and little ones alike. Bunkbeds with super comfy 3ft dual sided mattresses and a great cushioned window seat overlooking the quaint street, make for a lovely space to sit and relax or get ready for a night out.

The beautiful large bathroom provides the perfect sanctuary to escape to for a post fell walk soak, or girl’s night pamper in front of the huge selfie mirror!
