This 3 bedroom condo has great water views with mountain backdrop. The Coachella Valley and Stagecoach concerts are within a short UBER drive. It's best not to drive there as parking is very difficult.

The hiking is great. Include a tram ride to hike the top of the mountain and enjoy dining with a panoramic view. For the shopper, there is El Passeo Drive. Our platinum membership grants you access to the amenities of the Club. Access to 2 golf courses, tennis & pickleball courts, dining rooms, Full workout gym and spa. Besides the Olympic size pool at the clubhouse, there is a smaller pool and hot tub two unit away for more privacy. Outside of Palm valley there are many other golf courses to choose from.

The valley is very active with many activities and fine restaurants that offer economical happy hour menus. There are several Casinos to choose from that show case well known entertainers.

The owners were great to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. House is in a great location and roomy, and was very neat and ready for our arrival. Internet was sometimes a bit sketchy at times but generally worked okay. The house was very personalized because the owners live in it when it isn't rented, and at times this made it seem like we were imposing on their space. Overall though, we were satisfied.

Had a great stay while in town for Coachella weekend! Home was clean and well stocked with amenities. Easy Uber to close shuttles locations for festival also. Would recommend for anyone attending Coachella or Stagecoach in future.

This was a great house in a wonderful resort. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and great to rent from. The only piece of information that I would have liked to have known is that the 3rd bedroom has a pull out sofa bed rather than a regular bed. That being said, the sofa bed was of nice quality and more comfortable than most. I would stay at this condo again!

Nice home in a great community!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for my two college aged children and myself. The community offers excellent tennis and pickle-ball courts as well as a state of the art work-out facility and nice spa. All services and use of facilities are extra. The neighbors are friendly and the views of the golf course and mountains are great. The home offered everything we needed to make our stay convenient and relaxing. We certainly would like to stay at this VRBO again when visiting Palm Desert.

Wonderful stay and location

We attended the Indian Wells tennis tournament and this was a wonderful location. The property was beautiful. Jerry and Pat were lovely hosts. Our stay was too short. Will be back!
