Why Tom Lang chose Reedville
We found an older beachhouse on a beautiful bayfront piece of property in a rural location only a couple of hours from our primary home. Some imagination and renovations brought the house back to life as a great gathering spot for family and friends.

Best house ever
Had the best of time!
Stayed here for a week in September with 6 adults and 1 one-year-old. We could not have had a better stay. Communication leading up to the stay was very proactive and helpful. The house itself is really nice and has all the amenities you need (both inside and outside). We spent a lot of time outside on the private beach, using the kayaks and paddle boards, biking, and relaxing in the lounge chairs.
Would definitely stay here again!
Family beach getaway
Our family of 7 adults and 2 young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Bayberry Lane. The house was spacious with lots of seating, a huge table, an abundance of games, ping-pong table, etc. We loved the Adirondack chairs at bayside where we could watch sunrise and moonrise. The private beach was wonderful.
Because the water was not much above waist deep for 300+ feet out, the little ones felt secure even when the bay waters rewarded us with whitecaps. The shed provided lots of water toys and rafts. We took advantage of nearby restaurants (Crazy Crab and Cockrell's Creek Deli) ~ both delish! A day trip to Tangier Island was both fun and informative. Overall, it was a relaxing and beautiful location for our family.
This is a very special property. There is so much here, we did not leave the property the entire time. We had a lot of specific requirement; handicap accessible, main level bedroom and bath, dog friendly, kid friendly... This was one of the few properties that met them all! This is better than the ocean! You are right on the water, the beach is private and gentle, and the views are endless. It didn't feel like we were only a few hours drive from home.. Its the PERFECT location for our big family vacation.. we will be back.
Well-appointed home perfect for 2 families vacationing together. It's exactly as described as and will definitely return
We had a wonderful time staying here for my Mom's 75th birthday. We were surprised at how quiet of a town Reedville is, but it was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It was so peaceful sitting on the platform overlooking the bay. Our kids had fun beating the adults at ping pong. We enjoyed the kayaks, and saw some dolphins while we were enjoying our time staring out at the water. Tom was super responsive and so accommodating. Highly recommend.
