Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host cancelled our reservation within hours of check in with a notice of a refund noting “booked on another platform”. This left us scrambling for a place to stay at a much higher last minute price and without the convenience of being in the city. No apology or further explanation. How hard can it be to manage a reservation calendar?
