About this property

Affordable Luxury, Great Central Location. 1900sq.ft.

Our spaious Duplex is conveniently located between downtown and the ski resort and is truly 3-5 minute drive to all Steamboat has to offer. It’s close to restaurants, Steamboat Ski Resort, Howellsen Ski lift and X-Country trails, our lovely library, the tennis and pickleball center and everything else that goes on in Steamboat.
We have terrific views in three directions, overlooking quaint Steamboat Town, Emerald Mountain to the west, and the ski mountain from the master bedroom so you can check out conditions as soon as you awake.
The main floor Has is an open concept living area with fully stocked kitchen, dining area with table that seats 8, and the cozy living with gas fireplace and new smart TV with cable and a DVR. The master bedroom is 1/2 a flight up and has an extra long king bed. The en-suite bath has a tiled shower and a deep tub, great for a good soak after a long day on the mountain.
There is an additional living space upstairs in the loft. We use this space for an office, which has a full sized desk, WiFi and a printer. There is also a single sofa which can be used for sleeping. Just let us know so we can set out the bedding.
Downstair there are two more bedrooms, a full bath and laundry. One has a queen Bed with a cozy down comforter to snuggle under. The other has two XL twin beds, which are great for kids or taller adults.
There is an additional living space upstairs in the loft. We use it as an office which has a full sized desk, WiFi, and a printer. You are more than welcome to set up your computer and use this space. There is a single sofa to snuggle up on with a book, and can also be used for an nap or extra sleep spot. Just let us know so we can set out the bedding.
We offer one bay of the heated garage for your car so you you’ll have the comfort of a warm vehicle on freezing cold mornings, plus, you won’t have the hassle of scrapping ice and snow which often covers your car. The other bay is set up with a ski tunning bench with good lighting, and a has ample space for storing your equipment. Additionally, there are two parking spaces in front of the garage.
The 9’-12’ deck overlooks Town and has a full sized BBQ grill for you to use.
We hope that you will enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy living here when we feel the need to stay in town.

Family ski vacation

First time to Steamboat for skiing. What a lovely home to stay in! Super comfortable and felt like home. 2 minute easy drive to the slopes. Ani was in touch to make sure we were taken care of. Great suggestions of where to eat and how to get around. Home was fully stocked and we had everything we needed! Thank you for sharing - would love to return!

Gorgeous home with plenty of room to spread out

We (4 adults and 2 kids) had a great time at Ani’s house. The house is very well stocked for cooking, and we had plenty of room for the adults to hang out while kids played in the loft area. Super close to skiing - easy to get to free parking lot. Ani was so sweet - we didn’t have a chance to meet face to face but she was very attentive and available for questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in great location

Found this property in Steamboat, and the whole process went very well. Ani was quick to respond, checked in with before we headed to Colorado, and offered to get in a couple groceries to help us settle since we arrived late at night. The property is very clean, comfortable and suited the needs of my family perfectly. Good location to Meadows Parking lot with shuttles to slope, Safeway close by, and short drive into town. Very happy with the stay. Will look to stay again next time we are in town.

We are long time year round residents of Steamboat and have two homes, one in the country and our Parkview location which we share with guest. We are avid skiers and cyclists depending on the season, plus, play pickleball year round at our city owned Tennis/Pickleball center.
We keep few personal things for our use, but the majority of the space of the space is available your use.
I am also a painter and you will find several of my art pieces displayed throughout the home.
We are usually available to help get settled and offer advice, but, allow you to experience our home as if it was yours.

Why they chose this property

Our property has one of the most convenient locations for access to all activities, restaurants, trails and events.
The heated garage has one bay available for parking, so you don’t have to deal with a freezing car covered with ice and snow and the other bay is open for equipment storage and has a ski tunning bench.
If you plan on cooking the kitchen is fully stocked with a well stocked herb and spice cabinate, coffee from our local roaster, tea, and a good selection of pots and pans. There is also a full sized grill out on the deck which overlooks town.
Our place is up to date and has a cozy feel and lots of afternoon light.
