Vacasa was great. We got in earlier than we could check in, but we were able to leave our bags with them until we were able to check in so we didn’t have to walk around town with them. The house we stayed in was great. Clean, plenty of towels for the week, coffee pot, refrigerator and much more. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We would recommend to family and friends.

The house was wonderful and historic. We all loved the location most of all. We didn't have to drive anywhere and still got to hit up all of our favorite spots in Key West. We had enough room for everyone and were comfortable in all of the units. Would recommend!

Charming place terrific for a big, extended family. Convenient location to Duval and all major tourist sites. A noisy street but Key West is noisy. We had a few minor issues but Vacasa responded quickly and didn’t impact us much at all.

Large Family Trip to Key West

We had 13 members of our extended family, ages 14-55, staying here. Plenty of room for our luggage from our week-long trip. Nice, spacious bathrooms. We travelled in three cars so the parking spaces were great! The location of the house was ideal. It was quiet. One block from all the hustle and bustle of Duval, just about in the middle from the Gulf to the Atlantic side. We rented bikes which were delivered before we arrived and picked up after we left. So convenient! We rode our bikes or walked everywhere. The only negative: The house was advertised with having external laundry, but it was locked with a key code and was not shared. We had counted on being able to do laundry for our week-long vacation.☹️

Pros and cons

Pros: Great location one street away from Duval. Walking distance to just about anything you would like to do. Very clean place with plenty of towels for the week. Perfect for 4 couples. With private entry to each of the 4 living spaces. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC in each living space. And 3/4 places had full kitchens. Also 3/4 places had a separate “living/TV” room Cons: Some of the TVs were not working properly. Very low water pressure in the bathrooms. But departure was terrible. The night before leaving we requested a late check out. They said we could for a fee, which we paid. The next morning cleaning crew was there 2 hours before our check out banging on the door. We explained we had a late check out and they left. 20 minutes later another cleaning crew arrived. Again we tried to explain we had a late check out. But with this crew there was a language barrier. So we had to call someone to explain to the crew they had to leave. Lastly we all went to breakfast and when we came back our door codes to our rooms were changed and we were locked out. Again we had to call to have them open our rooms. Which took around 20 minutes. And because of that we had to pay extra for our scheduled Uber rides for making them wait. Overall a very nice place. Would’ve been 4.5 stars if not for the terrible departure

Amazing Place for Group Trip

Great location near Duval Street. Close to food and bars. We ended up only having 11 people so the sleeping arrangements were comfortable (16 would be a bit of a tight squeeze). Overall, perfect spot for a group trip!

We rented all 4 units for a family event. Only one unit had a real stove but that was not a huge issue. Location was great for visiting Duval Street and other sites in Old Key West without taking a car. Parking was very convenient for our vehicles and private, off-street. Neighbors were a bit noisy with parties every night at their pool, but otherwise it was a great bargain for a large group,

Perfect for Small Group - Multi Family Getaway

Rented all four units for my friends and family for a weekend Key West getaway. Location was PERFECT. Two blocks from Duvall and four blocks from the wharf. The property was very charming with Key West cottage appeal. Every couple had their own room / suite and we would meet in the Jasmine Suite to have breakfast, snacks, drinks and hang out on poarch. Three of the rooms had comfortable pull out couches. We had no problem sleeping 14. Four parking spaces too. Very convenient. Communication with property manager was exceptional. We loved it. Would most definitely come back again. We felt very welcome.

Separate 4 condos - no gathering space for a group, no kitchen for cooking.

Old house converted into separate condos: 2 accessible by long back stairs. Poorly equipped kitchens- for a group. Gardenia Unit the worst- no sink, except in bath, no cooktop of any kind, no bowls for serving -even salad. We rented tables to eat takeout together on patio. Brick patio is uneven and unlighted. Elderly member of our group fell on unmarked, (unlighted & unpainted) uneven bricks near tree (leading to trash at back of property) and suffered mild concussion & lots of bruising..

Great Bachelorette party trip!

This was perfect for my bachelorette party. I loved how each room had their own space so we weren’t all on top of each other. It was the perfect location. We could walk to everything but it wasn’t too loud at night.
