Charming independent villa a few metres from the sea, with a large external garden. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (one of which is air-conditioned) with two respective bathrooms. The kitchen and living room overlook a garden in full Mediterranean style. A convenient and easy solution, ideal for couples and families with children.
The housing structure is located 70 metres from the clear waters of Torre Suda, with a spacious outdoor garden with parking and a veranda that allows outdoor lunches and dinners. The entrance leads to the dining room with TV and a kitchen with an island. Two bright bedrooms, one triple and one double, are located at opposite ends of the living area, the same applies to the two bathrooms,
The reception manager will welcome the guests and hand over the keys. They will be available during the stay in case of need and will perform a check of the facility at check-out to identify any potential damage.
Torre Suda is a pleasant marina located a few kilometres south of Gallipoli, with clear and crystal-clear water crashing on its low and rocky coasts covered by the renowned Mediterranean scrub. A cycle path runs through the entire marina, offering the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Festivals and entertainment events are the order of the day.
Just two steps from the structure is the restaurant "Da Nonna Pina" to taste typical dishes of Salento cuisine. With a walk along the seafront, it is possible to reach seaside venues with sundecks such as "Mahja" and "Sunset".
