Property was fine and well located. My issue Plenty of these multi unit operators are now using AI bots and automated messaging to do their chats. I asked for the internet code multiple times and told them the “house manual” was inaccessible from the link. Their generic answers kept coming in including one which came in the day after I’d asked multiple times for the WiFi credentials to see how everything was and if I needed anything when I still wasn’t able to get on the internet. They eventually got me the details but nearly took an entire day from the time I checked in.If this management company was using actual people or properly monitoring the comms rather than relying on automation the overall experience would have been great but I can’t even 4 star this due to no internet for nearly a day and the assumption everything was fine due to reliance on AI/Automation to do a job that humans should have done. Internet is critically important for travelers just as important as having electricity a bed and running water.
