Beaches, surfing, great shopping at Cedros district with winery, brewery, cafes, great restaurant, concert place, Sunday marked, Yoga six and much more and only 5 min walk from my house

What makes this property unique

My home is very special to me, it has the best location in the complex, placed in a private corner, and have great views from all the windows, there are lots of windows and a wonderful natural light, my home is a total remodel and it has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, the new room upstairs has a view that goes all the way to La Jolla/San Diego, and I have modern nautical bathrooms with rain shower, stone sinks and more
I love my huge pallet sofa on the terrasse where you can sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sea view and use as a sun lounger
