Loved this location and the condo. Great views of the racetrack and beach. Nicely updated and very well stocked. We walked everywhere. Lots of great restaurants nearby in Del Mar and Solana Beach. Left the car in the parking space all week. Restaurants, shops and beach nearby. As there is no air-conditioning, we left the windows open for breezes and were pleased with how quiet the condo complex was during our stay. We didn't hear road noise which was a pleasant surprise.

Great location and very convenient! The property is close to excellent restaurants and just a short distance to the beach, which made our stay very enjoyable. The place itself is nice, clean, and well maintained. Parking was a big plus — the parking slots are very nice and made coming and going easy. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location. Highly recommended.

BE AWARE, this property has no air conditioning or ceiling fans. They do have 6 floor fans (which tells me they are aware of heat issues) that are inadequate in the heat. The bedrooms were stifling, so sleep and dressing were difficult. We could not relax in the home or do any cooking. It is a very nice location and well-maintained home, but I would not recommend this home in the Summer
