Lago Lounge & Pool apartment is located in Vedasco, on the outskirts of Stresa, and it is housed in a historic medieval residence. The property is on the ground floor and it is accessed via a courtyard shared with two other properties. The apartment stands out for its unique atmosphere, where period features blend with modern solutions. From the entrance courtyard, and therefore from the ground floor, you enter the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, both equipped with showers. A convenient internal staircase, or directly from the courtyard via an external staircase, leads to the living area, consisting of a large kitchen with dining room and a separate living area. The living room opens onto a small balcony with a view of the lake. The kitchen leads to the outdoor area of approximately 70 square metres, where there is a swimming pool and a large space that can be used as a dining area and relaxation area. On the first floor, outside the house, there is a potential guest bathroom. Located in the heart of the historic village of Vedasco, the flat enjoys a convenient location, with public parking easily accessible in the immediate vicinity.
