This house was perfect for our stay while racing sailboats in the Bacardi Cup on Biscayne Bay. The location was great with easy access to Coconut Grove. It is also surprisingly quiet in this house. The house was recently remodeled and is very well put together. Swimming pool was heated and is a great amenity. The property was very clean inside. I would rent this house again.

Overall we had a good stay and the property worked for our group, especially since we booked last minute after another reservation was canceled. Parts of the home are very nice and the location was great.A few things future guests may want to clarify ahead of time. The sleeping setup was different than listed, which made accommodating our group a bit tighter than expected. Some photos (particularly the pool/outdoor area) made the space look different than in person, and one area pictured as a kitchenette only contained a washer and dryer when we arrived.None of this ruined the stay, but updating the listing details and cleaning would help future guests.

Clean and good location. WiFi was spotty so don’t rely on it for working from home. There was not enough toilet paper/large trash bags which made cleanup difficult.
