Maui Parkshore #212 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with an ocean view, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, DVD player, telephone with free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada, and free wifi. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom (shower only). Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds which are convertible to a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom (shower only). The living room features a couch, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and DVD player. For outdoor activities, Maui Parkshore #212 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Although this unit does not have air conditioning it does have ceiling fans throughout. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kamaole III Beach Park is tropical paradise. The white sand, crystal clear water, grass park, and snorkeling make this beach experience unique and exciting. The complex is centrally located and within walking distance to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other premier beaches. If you prefer a day in, cool off in the lounge and heated pool area. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. Maui Parkshore is a 100% non-smoking property.
** Important Notice: A spall repair and lanai painting project will take place March 30 - July 15, 2026. Guests can expect construction-type noise, dust, equipment & scaffolding on-site, and restricted access to the stairway and lanais when they are being worked on. Contact our office for additional information. **

Unit was outstanding had everything we needed for the beach chairs umbrella snorkel etc. The pool was great awesome access to the beach. I normally stay next-door at Kamaoli Sands condos and my daughter stayed at this unit before so I tried it. I will always come back to this one.

Location-Location-Location

Several stays at Maui Park Shore properties. It is all about the location for us. Access to Kama'ole Beach III is directly across the street. Fantastic beach for hours of Hawaii fun. Beautiful sunset views from the upper floor units. This unit was very clean and well appointed for our needs. Complimentary beach gear was showing wear but still functional with lots of options and best of all...free.

Working vacation

Met the owner of the unit upon arrival ( a little early oops) but she was very gracious and gave us incredible hospitality. Barb, the neighbor, was awesome too! Location of the condo is directly across the street from a great beach park area and the evenings started with romantic sunsets and Moon light to enjoy a cocktail by the waves. Excellent for our stay.

Great location

Pretty basic condo. I think it's important to realize that pics you see online may or may not be of the exact condo you're renting (or at least that's how it appeared) but one in the complex. The condo was clean, the communication with the rental company was great, and the condo pool was also nice, but the real gem is the location. The beach across the street is lovely with both tourists and locals alike there. The sunsets are amazing. It is also so close to restaurants and shops and even the surf school we took lessons at.

Condo was tidy, very well equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, well stocked with extra towels, bedding, kitchen towels. Check in was so easy. We made ourselves at home. This condo is right across the street from the best beach! Would rent again. They accommodated a last minute booking of an extra night which was a very smooth process. It’s an older condo, so expect a little age in the cupboards, but it’s well taken care of.

We weren’t expecting all the beach supplies we would need to be supplied. This place was very clean. We never had rowdy neighbors and it was very clean. When I go back to Hawaii I will be going back to stay at the same spot.

We were able to snorkel every day and swim, so very convenient. Within walking distance, and a very short walk, to good food, a little grocery shopping and wonderful cinnamon buns! We find that the Kihei area gets far less rain than Lahaina and further north. In our 29 days, we had a half afternoon of scattered showers. We highly recommend Kihei for a fabulous vacation!

Reviewer Comments: The location is a 5, right across from a great series of beaches, has a nice pool with hot water shower and near restaurants and shopping.The deck is a great size and has good furniture, beach chairs, wagon, masks, fins and boogie boards. This unit has a good ocean view (once you get used to the parking lot and power lines).'No food or drink in the pool area' rule should be relaxed.The suite is older - kitchen cabinets and washrooms need upgrades. Fans were adequate - didn't really miss the AC.Older building - we had no hot water in the suite for 10/17 nights.

Maui Sunsets

Overall, we had a great time at this location. The unit is directly across from Kama’ole III beach park, and faces west for beautiful Maui sunsets. Because this property is on a busy street, the noise level is high due to traffic. We kept the large sliding doors open to allow a cross breeze throughout the condo. This condo does NOT have air conditioning. This didn’t impact our winter stay (mid February), but I would keep this in mind if you're booking for summer. The condo is a bit dated, and could use a refresh of the kitchen, curtains and bathrooms. The complex grounds, pool and recreation areas were very well kept. Owners provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart and kids snorkel gear. The property manager was attentive and available to address our needs. Parking is assigned, but spots are tight. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, this unit was adequate and did not negatively impact our stay.

Overall Disappointing

Did not realize the unit did not have air conditioning. There was a reference to making sure everything including air was turned off when leaving the unit but that was canned instructions for the Maui Rentals group. The place was infested with roaches. We sent videos to the property mangers and they sent roach bait. The property managers were attentive and polite. The unit was not updated and not what you would expect for the money.

Dirty Dirty Dirty

the unit was dirty, couches were so stained and dirty that my kids would not sit on them. The sheets were so old and worn that it was uncomfortable to sleep. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were filthy on the inside and outside. Walls and baseboards looked like they had never been wiped down. We didn't want to touch anything because of the condition of the unit. We never unpacked and called Management company and moved to a different unit the following day.

Kitchen chairs so loose and wobbly I did not sit on them. No kitchen linen provide, used bathroom towels. Quite dirty overall. Very old. They minimized the effect of the lack of any A/C in the bedrooms. No airflow through the condo. Parking spaces are ridiculously small. had to let my wife out before I parked. Pool was very nice and BBQ area nice. Property company sent me a link to a portal and the code to get in the condo was wrong.
