Really beautiful building and gardens

Really beautiful building and gardens. The villa was in a great location, we had a car and local restaurants and beaches were within 15minutes. The inside furniture and decor was a little dated and bathrooms could do with updating but generally good amenities. We had an issue with the master bathroom drain but this was rectified within a matter of hours by the owner. The only real downside was there was no air conditioning in the main kitchen and living areas which we didn't know when we booked and was very uncomfortable with the high summer temperatures, but the bedroom air con was good. A really lovely stay, thank you for having us.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft, die Kommunikation mit Joan lief stets gut und er hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und bietet super Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub! Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen, ein Auto sollte aber vorhanden sein.

Die Villa ist für einen Urlaub für bis 8 Personen gut geeignet

Die Villa ist für einen Urlaub für bis 8 Personen gut geeignet. Der Außenbereich inkl. Pool ist wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Küche und Wohnzimmer Recht warm, ohne Insektenschutz schwer zu lüften, da insgesamt viele Mücken/Tiere am Haus. Das Haus ist eher dunkel von innen. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Radfahren, ein Mietauto ist sehr zu empfehlen, zu Fuß nicht gut/sicher erreichbar. In der direkten Nachbarschaft leben mehrere Hähne & ein Hund, die Tag & Nacht krähen und bellen. Ohne Hörschutz nur schwer durchzuschlafen. Etwas überraschend waren vorher nicht angekündigte Gartenarbeiten & Reperaturen im Haus im Mietzeitraum am Samstag Vormittag. Hier hätte ich mir eine Kommunikation in Vorfeld gewünscht. Da wir Sonntag ausgecheckt haben, war es nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Mit Mückenschutz und Hörschutz kann ich die Villa bestens empfehlen.

Tak for et skønt ophold i en smukke rolige omgivelser med flot udsigt og pool. Huset kan klart anbefales. Værten var meget sød og hurtig til at svare. Vi efterspurgte f.eks. en Chromecast til TV, og det fik vi allerede dagen efter af værten. Vær opmærksom på at man skal gå 1,5 km langs en trafikeret vej for at komme til byen, og det ville derfor være oplagt at have egen bil med, ellers kan man også nemt bestille taxa fra huset.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, la villa est un lieu de vacances merveilleux. Le jardin fleuri, parfaitement entretenu est un lieu de détente idéal. La piscine, elle aussi très bien entretenue permet de se rafraîchir. Les chambres climatisées indispensables pour des belles nuits réparatrices. La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour 6 personnes, elle est très bien placée, proche de la très belle ville d’Alcudia. Joan est très réactif et très aidant, Antonia et son fils très disponibles et adorables.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen gemietet. Der Garten und Pool sah aus wie auf den Fotos und war top gepflegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Joan war schnell, einfach und freundlich. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und würde ich jederzeit wieder empfehlen.
