Just pack your clothes, drive less than an hour from the west metro and you'll find A Pleasant Lake Place, aptly named and ready to walk in and instantly be on a great vacation. The Place has a great vibe, it's beautifully remodeled and so close to the lake that you feel like you're on the water even from the inside. The lake is clean and clear, great swimming and fishing from the dock and all the toys are already here for you. Amazing sunsets and loon calls nightly.

Great place for families!

This was hands down the best vacation home we've ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and well-equipped, there was plenty of space for everyone, lots of games and lake equipment -- we were never bored! Ben was great about responding promptly to any questions we had.

Annandale lake home

The lake home is beautiful and very up to date. Our favorite place was the patio and porch. No matter the weather we were able to enjoy the lake. Enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards too. So close to town if you forget anything. Ben was available for quick response’s to our questions. We have already booked for a week next year!

Wonderful Place to Vacation

Cabin was very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of space. Awesome windowed sunroom with right on the water views. Sunsets were beautiful. Fishing off the dock was fantastic (we lost count, but got some great pictures). Caught and released Northerns, Bass and Sunfish. Host was wonderful and a great communicator. We will definitely be back again.

June get-a-way

This property was one of the nicest we have gone to. The lake is just a few feet from house. It was just my husband and I and we loved the peacefulness of the location. We were concerned about being in town, but it was very quiet. The wildlife was amazing. We had loons with 2 babies, 2 bald eagles, several families of geese that would bring their babies up into the yard to eat. Blue herons were often on our dock...was fun watching them catch fish. The fishing was very good. We caught very large sunfish, crappie and bass. Highly recommend it, and we will return.

Amazing rental!

We loved this property! The water is exactly what you are looking for with a lake rental, very clear and sandy. The pictures are exactly what you should expect. They have not spared any expense, especially when it comes to the patio. So nice to have clean and comfortable patio furniture and a working umbrella. The home is extremely well cared for, right down to the beautiful planters. Access to the garage is great for life jackets and water toys for the kids. The location is amazing. You can walk just about anywhere you'd like on the main street area. We had a nice little treat basket on the counter when we arrived. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We loved it!

Stop looking, you have found the ONE!

Do not hesitate to rent, you have found a gem! We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer! Our grandkids asked us to buy it they loved it so much. The pictures are very accurate, the house is immaculate, beds comfortable and the amount of games and toys for your use at this rental is astounding. Every day we used the lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards and noodles. At night we grilled and made smores in their fire pit. On cloudy days we hopped on their bikes and either walked or biked into town for ice cream. There is also a very quaint coffee shop and bowling alley in town which is maybe 1/2 mile walk. The lake is also great fishing and the grandkids (12 years old to 4 years old) loved fishing right off the dock. Fantastic stay! I hesitate to write a good review for fear others will rent it and I"ll be unable to gain access but this place is so great I also want others to know how fabulous it is. You can rest assured the communication with the owner is also fabulous. Each text with questions was answered promptly. Enjoy! You won't regret it!
