Voted one of the best beaches in the UK, Saltburn is the perfect place to gather with friends or family. Walk for miles along the Cleveland Way, have afternoon tea in the Valley Gardens, ride the miniature railway, take a trip on the cliff lift, hop on a board at the surf school, sit at a cafe or pub and stare out at the ocean while sipping something refreshing, peruse one of the many regular markets, or enjoy the unique local homewares and art stores. You might even be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins on the pier, or the Northern Lights. There’s something for everyone.

Saltburn truly has everything. Independent shops, bars and delicious restaurants, miles of beach, a long pier into the North Sea, Valley Gardens for a forest stroll and much more. You can surf, hike, fish; or just relax in our boutique townhouse and binge a boxset with pastries from the Norwegian bakery up the road. Bliss.

We comfortably sleep 14 people in 7 beds (no bunks and no sofa beds). There is plenty of room for a large group to relax
across three floors. Designed as an upmarket holiday let, we aim to provide a luxury hotel feel. We also offer two smart TVs, fully-equipped kitchen with built-in Smeg coffee machine, deep clawfoot baths, and an outdoor area with firepit.
