On the upper level, you’ll find an inviting open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen and comfortable seating area with a Smart TV. The balcony terrace, furnished with a cosy lounge set, is perfect for enjoying breakfast with valley views. This floor also features two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes and a shared bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



The lower level offers a second living room with a Smart TV, providing extra privacy. It includes two additional bedrooms with air conditioning, a modern bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a kitchen and lounge area, creating a self-contained space ideal for families travelling together. Both levels have separate entrances for added comfort and convenience.



Outside, the beautifully maintained garden immediately sets a relaxed holiday mood. The swimming pool (8x4) forms the heart of the outdoor area, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating where you can unwind and enjoy the Spanish sun.

3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
