The strategic location allows you to easily reach Sirmione, Peschiera del Garda, and the main amusement parks of Lake Garda, such as Gardaland, SeaLife, Movieland, etc., apart from being well connected to Verona, Brescia, Milan, and Venice via the railway station just 1 km away and the Desenzano motorway exit only 3 km away.

The Space:

Dear guests, we inform you that although we love animals very much, unfortunately, in this property, WE CANNOT ACCEPT PETS OF ANY KIND.



Please note that it is absolutely FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighborhood with loud music or any other kind of noise.



We also remind you that it is mandatory to complete the online check-in before your arrival by entering your data and documents through the Vikey service.



The software is a professional service that guarantees 100% of your privacy. The procedure is very simple and takes only a few minutes. Upon your arrival, you will not have to take care of anything else.



Online check-in must be considered an essential condition to independently access the property upon your arrival through the smart lock.



The apartment is very spacious, with a total surface of about 120sqm!

In the living area, there is a large lounge with an extendable dining table for 6 people, a comfortable double sofa bed, a traditional sofa for 4 people, and a living area with a 65" Smart Monitor and PlayStation 4 videogame console!



Everything is air-conditioned by a dedicated split unit for the living area.



Adjacent to the living area, there is an elegant separate kitchen equipped with a gas hob, and modern appliances, and accessories.



In the sleeping area, there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a complete "en suite" bathroom. For the other two bedrooms, there is the main bathroom with a modern walk‑in shower and a laundry area!

- GARAGE/PARKING SPACE:

You can park your car free of charge in the parking space reserved for guests at the multi‑storey garage "CAPOLATERRA", which is about 100 meters from the apartment at "Via Monte Grappa 26".



The guest parking space is located on level -3 of the underground parking. The garage is under 24‑hour video surveillance and is accessible through a barrier.



The parking space measures approximately 2.40 meters wide, 4.90 meters long, and 2.10 meters high

A very comfortable Italian handcrafted sofa‑bed and a second traditional sofa are placed in front of a 65” smart TV equipped with Internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.

For our younger guests, there is also a fantastic PlayStation 4 video game console with several games available!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the DIVA condominium. The flat complex is not provided with an elevator, so to access the apartment, you have to climb one flight of stairs (ca. 15 steps).
