At Sun and Sand, everything you need to fully enjoy your time away is right at your fingertips. From amenities such as a washer and dryer, gas grill, row boat, and picnic area, to necessities such as linens and towels, take the stress away from packing to enjoy all the condos have to offer. The thoughtful gift of gratitude is always a welcome surprise as well!

Wonderful Vacation

Jeanie was amazing when we arrived to get us checked in. The duplex is immaculate and decorated so cute! The kitchen was stocked with every cooking item needed to make meals. The views of the lake and proximity to it can’t be beat for a family vacation. Our family did a ton of fishing and swimming. The beach area is sandy and the water is super clear.

The condo was charming and well-maintained! It had all the amenities one could need at a lake and we took advantage of the grill and fire pit. It is right on Silver Lake with its calm beauty and only a short drive to Lake Michigan! The owner is so nice and welcoming! It was a lovely experience!

Family getaway

Perfect location for a quiet getaway with plenty of onsite activities. Also, short drive to u-pick berry locations, farmers markets and the offerings in South Haven MI. The kids had a great time on the water with the pedal boat and kayaks. We brought fishing poles so they were successful in fishing off the dock. Perfect serene location to unwind and the house was perfectly appointed for a home away from home experience. Highly recommend!

A Great Lake house getaway

Amazing views, very well maintained and lots to do

Our stay was amazing, the property owner Jean and her husband were extremely welcoming and extremely nice. The property is well maintained inside and out and is very clean and has an amazing lakefront view. The area is very peaceful and quiet.
