Very nice apartment of 70 m2, renovated in 2014. Located in a gated estate on sought Cassis, 'The Cottage'. A 5 minute walk from downtown, the harbor and the beach of the great Wed.
Large sun terrace and trees of 35 m2 facing south-west with sea view, old village and castle.

2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x200cm, 1 sofa bed 140x190cm), office space, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen open to living room, large windows.

Die Lage war sehr gut, etwa 10 Min zu Fuß zum Ortskern. Garage mit Parkplatzim selben Haus konnte gemietet werden. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Schöne Terrasse.

Bel appartement, trés bien situé à 5 mn du port de Cassis et de ses restaurants. De la terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur le château. Madame Germa nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et est trés disponible et prévenante. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Excellent sejour d une semaine. Appartement tres lumineux bien agencé avec 2 salles de bain, tres grande terrasse, tres au calme, idealement situé dans residence avec parking ou garage. Proches de tous commerces et du port. Merci a Mme Germa pour nous avoir attendu tard le soir lors de notre arrivée du a des soucis sur la route. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen, geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles so ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben und man hat alles, was man braucht Am Ausblick von der Terrasse konnten wir uns gar nicht sattsehen. In einigen Minuten zu Fuß kann man den Hafen und den Stadtstrand erreichen.Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir werden gerne noch einmal wieder kommen.

Très bel appartement très propre tout confort avec une superbe vue

La terrasse donne sur un magnifique panorama.L'appartement est enthousiasmant, très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable. Nous avons apprécié Cassis qui est une belle ville. Le seul bémol qui a un peu terni notre séjour a été le transport retour de l'appartement à la gare de Cassis car une navette insuffisante (et trop éloignée quand on est chargé) devrait assurer l'itinéraire mais hélas non seulement elle est très utilisée donc peu de possibilité pour monter à bord, mais en plus, peu de chauffeurs taxi acceptent d'assurer le transfert et de le faire à pied, cela demande au minimum une quarantaine de minutes avec un passage continuel de voitures et peu de place sur les trottoirs lorsqu'on a des bagages. Il serait bon donc de signaler que cet appartement est plutôt destiné à des locataires motorisés.En revanche, la gestionnaire des locaux nous avait gentiment proposé de venir nous chercher en voiture et nous la remercions, elle et son mari, le chauffeur, par contre ils n'étaient hélas pas disponibles pour nous ramener à la gare.Sinon, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

Voyage écourté

Pour des raisons familiales, nous avons dû écourter notre voyage et avons quitté Cassis le samedi 17 mai. Un grand merci à madame et monsieur Germa qui nous ont grandement aidé. Nous n'avons par contre reçu aucune réaction de la art de la propriétaire.

Gut eingerichtetes Apartment in toller Lage, nur 10 min. zum Hafen zu laufen. Dazu eine große, schöne Terrasse sowie ein Parkplatz.Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour mon mari, moi et nos 2 enfants dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé et proche de toutes commodités (centre ville, port, restaurants, boutiques, plages...) il y a vraiment tout a proximité. Coup de coeur pour la grande terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. De plus, le balcon est assez haut donc aucun danger pour les petits. La résidence est fermée, calme et sécurisée ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant avec des enfants en bas-age et il y a également des places de parking pour se stationner. Petit bémol le ménage qui n'était pas niquel sinon le reste était parfait ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe appartement à la localisation idéale

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement propre, fonctionnel et particulièrement bien équipé. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la très grande et belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Nous pouvions rejoindre le port à pied en 10 minutes. Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis par Madame Germa qui nous a aussi donné de bons conseils sur la région et les endroits incontournables. La literie est confortable, l'appartement calme et le décor vraiment idyllique pour un séjour en famille réussi. Nous serions ravis de pouvoir y revenir un jour.

Nette Wohnung in Toplage mit sehr schöner Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe in einer Bar am Hafen gestaltete sich allerdings als schwierig (keine Parkmöglichkeiten). Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, hätten aber mehr Einsatz seitens des Vermieters erwartet als für 4 Tage das warme Wasser ausfiel.

Appartement très confortable et très bien situé.

Une grande terrasse qui permet de bien profiter d'un beau paysage (mer, végétation, cap Canaille). L'appartement se trouve à proximité du centre de Cassis et le parking privé est un plus. L'appartement est très bien équipé en tout.

Fijne locatie

Een ruim appartement op een fijne locatie. Niet middenin het drukke uitgaansleven maar toch op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. Fijn balcon met genoeg meubels. Alleen de zitbank zijn stalen stangen dus niet heel comfortabel.
