It features a comfortable double bedroom, a bright living room with kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.
In the living room there is also a French double sofa bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
The property also includes a charming sea-view terrace, directly accessible from the living room, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, summer dinners or relaxing moments while enjoying the sea breeze.
The spaces are designed to offer comfort and functionality, while maintaining a fresh and relaxing atmosphere that will make you feel on holiday right away.
PLEASE NOTE – A tourist tax is required from June 1st to September 30th, as stated in the municipal regulations available on the website of the Municipality of Soverato. The cost is €1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 8 nights. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid directly at the property in cash upon arrival.
