The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a family stay or with friends.
1 Bathroom with bath and toilet and 2 other washrooms with shower, and toilet afterwards and an independent toilet on the ground floor.
Living spaces are open and warm, with a fully equipped American kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils).
Outside, you will be able to enjoy a landscaped garden, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a magnificent heated private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing throughout the year. The villa also has a garage.
