Via Chiusagrande is located just a few minutes from the sea, which can be reached by bicycle along a quiet country road.
The property is set in an area of great natural, historical, and archaeological interest along the Etruscan Coast (Rimigliano Park, Baratti, Populonia, Piombino, Volterra, Elba Island). The charming landscapes invite visitors to enjoy walks on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback (riding stables nearby), to discover the aromas of local wines, the flavors of olive oil, and the taste of traditional local cuisine, or to relax in the warm thermal waters of the nearby natural lake, which also offers therapeutic treatments.
In the countryside between San Vincenzo and Venturina Terme, precisely in Via Chiusagrande Prima no. 26 (in the municipality of Campiglia Marittima), about 4.5 km from the beach of Rimigliano, we rent a ground-floor apartment with a private garden.
Access is through a pedestrian gate leading into the private garden and then into the apartment. Inside, the apartment consists of a kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, and a bathroom (without window) with shower.
AMENITIES: hob, gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer.
SLEEPS: The apartment sleeps 4 guests and includes one double bed and a bunk bed, or alternatively a sofa bed in the living room.
