The recently developed building is located just off Layerthorpe, roughly a 12-15 minutes’ walk into the centre of York. Located just a 2-minute walk around the corner from the Foss Islands shopping strip and a supermarket for all you essentials. Heading up the stairs into the apartment, You will immediately notice that everything the apartment contains is practically brand new. Through the entrance door you will immediately see the spacious open plan living and dining room. The living room is modernly decorated to a high standard, offering a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space, a Smart flat screen TV and two beautifully comfortable arm chairs. The apartment itself has been thoughtfully planned to allow for maximum natural light throughout the whole property. The large bright windows allow the living area to be so bright and airy, yet at the same time so cosy and homely! Its everything you could want. The stylish grey kitchen comes complete with all the mod-cons and even has a washer/dryer for your use. The bedroom offers an extremely comfortable kingsize bed and a large mirrored wardrobe for storage. The modern bathroom is tiled throughout, along with a walk-in shower. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and makes the apartment a perfect choice for your stay in York.
