The Tiny House is the perfect base for a couple wanting to relax in a beautiful and tranquil setting nearby to the moors and the coast.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom: (7 Steps), Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Front garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and firepit. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden. This property has a natural water supply via a borehole.. The Tiny House located at Little Dunley Cottages, is set within 24 acres of unspoilt Devonshire countryside, the perfect base to explore all Devon has to offer right on its doorstep. This quirky property offers guests the chance to escape and be at one with nature, with doors that open onto the countryside, and picturesque views. Leave all the trappings of day-to-day life at home and enjoy this quaint yet comfy holiday home which has been wonderfully designed to make the most of the space, perfect for a couple looking to relax and unwind. The accommodation has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and an en-suite shower room on the ground floor. Doors open out from the living space into the garden where guests can enjoy their morning coffee in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening, next to the cosy glows of the firepit. The sleeping area is located seven steps up above the living area with a double mattress on the floor. Please note that the ceiling is really low with very limited headroom.

Located on the edge of the magnificent Dartmoor National Park, with its famous free roaming Dartmoor ponies, it’s close to lots of activities. Enjoy a fun filled day of excitement at Crealy Theme Park, meet the animals at Paignton Zoo, or take a relaxing trip on the steam train alongside the picturesque River Dart. Just 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches at Teignmouth, with its grand pier, or the English Riviera of Torbay, you are never far from the action. With beautiful surroundings and close to the moors and the coast, Little Dunley Cottages are the perfect choice for a truly memorable holiday.
