The apartment features a spacious entryway, a living room with a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen, and a large bedroom with a work area.
The bathroom is functional and decorated with handmade majolica tiles to preserve the home’s original style. An original stone balcony offers a view of the town’s central square.
To access the apartment, which is part of a renovated/restored historic building, you must enter the building’s small inner courtyard and climb the stone stairs; unfortunately, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The accommodation is in the centre of town, next to the gourmet restaurant “Al Cortiletto,” not far from the Collegiate Church of San Vittore—known as the “Canonica”—and just a few minutes’ drive from Luino, where you can take boats to the Borromean Islands and other attractions the region has to offer.
