Tolle Wohnung, ausreichend groß, mit zwei großen Terrassen.

Pros: Alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist so, wie man sie auch zuhause hat - es fehlt so gut wie nichts. Ob Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine usw. - großer Kühlschrank und 3 Gefrierschubladen. Die Terrasse nach vorne hat eine enorme Größe. W-Lan funktioniert prima, Satellitenempfang auch. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage zum See und zum Ort sind auch prima. DIe Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist sehr unkompliziert, zuvorkommend, freundlich, ja fast freundschaftlich. Ganz problemlos und mit sofortiger Reaktion Cons: Wir kommen wieder zur Lage: Es ist die Wohnung in einem quasi 1. Obergeschoss, erreichbar über ein paar Treppenstufen. Die Fliesen sind bei Nässe so rutschig, dass rutschhemmende Bänder aufgeklebt sind. Das Grundsück befindet sich innerhalb einer Kurve der Haupstraße bergauf, so dass man Verkehr von oben, der Seite und von unten deutlich hört; erst recht die hupenden Busse vor der Kurve und die "Rennfahrer" mit ihren hochgezüchteten Mopeds - gar nicht so wenige über den Tag. Das ist ein echtes Manko, wenn man mal einen Tag auf der Terrasse verbringen will. Etwas unbeholfen kommt man sich vor, in der Badewanne zu duschen. Was ich nicht gut leiden kann sind Reste an Gewürzen, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer etc.. Sicher gut gemeint, aber da gehe ich nicht dran. Alles in allem tiptop - und für die Geräuschkulisse kann der Besitzer ja nichts.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Gastgeber

Pros: Schönes Apartment mit guter Größe und guter Raumaufteilung. Die Terrasse war unser Highlight 😊 haben dort schöne Morgen und noch schönere Abende verbracht! Man ist schnell zu Fuß überall gut hingekommen, zum See nur wenige Minuten. Michael ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der versucht alle Wünsche und Anregungen möglich zu machen. Wir hatten einen guten Kontakt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! 🙏 Cons: Der Straßenverkehr war nachts etwas laut. Aber das nimmt man in Kauf für eine gute Lage.

Pros: Perfekte Organisation und Betreuung durch netten direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Top Lage in relaxter untouristischer Stadt. Cons: Keine Reklamationen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grosszügiges Appartement mit toller Terrasse

Pros: Die sorgfältige und vollständige Einrichtung. Bei der Ankunft war alles da, um die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick über die Dächer mit einem feinen Schaumwein und Apero-Gebäck und am nächsten Morgen mit einem feinen Kaffee zu geniessen. Die Lage ist toll, die Einkaufsgelegenheiten und der See sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Cons: Der Strassenverkehr, war morgens und abends teilweise etwas laut.
