Words will not do justice to the island that is Seabrook. Nestled among the South Carolina barrier islands, Seabrook is a private, gated community committed to the preservation of the natural beauty that is so richly present all over the island. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, foxes, alligators, raccoons, and many other species. The peace and tranquility that exists on Seabrook simply must be experienced to be believed. Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses are Audobon certified and skillfully carved into the landscape to maximize the experience of nature during each round of golf. The Tennis Center is nationally acclaimed offering a dynamic tennis experience.

Access to other amenities includes a fitness center with sweeping ocean views, an olympic size swimming pool, a driving range, an equestrian center, several restaurants, and of course, the beach. The beach experience at Seabrook is very unique in that it is extremely private. Even in the peak times of summer the beaches are very uncrowded.

Enjoyed our stay at the Villa, nice pool just steps away. Racquet club & Lake House within walking or biking distance. Beach is a quick bike ride away and/or parking for a car. Kitchen was well stocked, host was very responsive to all needs. Nice quiet location, close to Bohicket Marina & Freshfields Market both with good restaurants.

The bedroom is actually a loft so it’s open to the living area. Great mattress in the loft. Futon ok. Good bathroom with great water pressure in the loft. Downstairs half bath was nice. Great proximity to the pool at the villas. Nice of the owners to allow use of their beach chairs and umbrella.

We live in the Midwest, but have been vacationing in the area for many years. We decided that we would like to own a small place, and rent it to others while we are not using it.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this villa because of its relative solitude. Seabrook Island will never have the crowds that we have experienced when vacationing in other places. It is very private and low-key. Just right for our family!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the fact that this villa has a pool right in the complex for a quick swim anytime. It also has a small deck and a small screen porch overlooking the marsh for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
