We’ve just returned from the most wonderful two week stay at this beautiful villa… For 2 adults and 2 children the villa was so spacious and could have comfortably for another 4 people.We were lucky enough to be one of the first guests since the villa has been available and what a treat it has been. Pauline is a wonderful and warm host, able to help with queries before the booking and always available during our stay with some amazing local knowledge of the area, recommendations and even helping out with doctors when our youngest was poorly! The villa is perfect, with everything you could need and more. Clean and beautiful inside and out… the views are nothing short of breathtaking!! Watching the sunrise each morning was magical. The outdoor areas and large pool were fantastic, plenty of space and seating and sunbathing areas for all. The area is perfect, with the villa situated in a quiet neighbourhood on the hill with a lovely breeze. Yet such a short drive (less than ten minutes) from the towns with something for everyone, and minutes drive from the beach which the villa overlooks. We would highly recommend this villa, we will definitely be back!

I have lived in this area for more than 20 years. For me it has it all,
Great restaurants, great beaches, close to everything, but it is far less commercial that other areas, you can still feel and experience the 'real spain'

Why they chose this property

What we enjoy most about the area is the pace of life. Close to Sotogrande, you have excellent golf, beaches, and good restaurants nearby, but away from the crowds it feels calmer and more authentic. It’s ideal for long, relaxed days and easy evenings.”
