This was our second stay at the apartment during a Christmas break and it was wonderful! The location was perfect for our family visit purpose. The kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for being responsive and hospitable!
The apartment size and location was perfect for our visit to NC State. The property owner responded immediately to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.
You could not get any closer the NCSU for a visit . The apartment is HUGE and very clean . The hosts responded immediately. We have stayed here 2x and are planning to return .
Description is accurate as far as as 3 bed 2 bath. More than enough space for a large group; we only had 3 individuals but could have fit 6-8 easily. Location is great. About 20 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Dorothea Dix park (45 minute walk) and directly across the street from NC state.
This property was perfect for us - my husband uses a wheelchair, and the bathrooms worked great! The management company was super helpful with measurements, as well. Highly recommend!
The apartment is very large and fully equipped with anything you need . It is literally across the street from campus and surrounded by restaurants and stores . It is clean and in a safe neighborhood. We have already booked our next stay to visit our son at NCSU .
Exceptional Communication, Exceptional location when visiting NC State!
My daughter and I traveled to Raleigh for a goalkeeping camp at St. Mary's which is just off the main NC State campus. This apartment is in the heart of the campus with walkable accessibility to stores and restaurants. The Property Management team exceeded communicaiton expectations throughout the multi-night stay on a variety of topics.
The apartment we stayed at was perfect for us - it was very clean, had all the amenities as described, and everything necessary for a short or long stay. The location is very central to everything and most importantly for us, a walking distance from our family living in town! The window view is gorgeous!
T & L were very quick to respond and helpful!
As a recommendation for visitors, take the parking fee seriously! As the apartment has only 1 parking spot available there, I gave it to my in-laws for the whole stay and was parking elsewhere. I got a parking ticket there though in the morning of our checkout to load the car and my post-surgical husband who was walking with crutches! They gave me the ticket within 15 minutes when I was upstairs to grab my bags and husband!
Please learn from my mistake! Lol
Still, I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely come back and stay there ourselves!
We had plenty of space for our family group which included 5 people. The spacious apartment is great for your getaway. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom. Everything was clean and we had plenty of linens for our family.
The unit was in a perfect location. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. A little light on the linens. Could have used a few more but overall it worked out well for the whole family.
This location was perfect for our family, as we could walk to restaurants, Target, and the buildings we needed to access on NC State's north campus. The apartment is modern and clean, and the appliances, to include a full size washer and dryer, are great as well. The three bedrooms and attached bathrooms are large, and the building is very secure.
Appreciate the place looking exactly like the pictures. Location is great, could use a few hand towels/wash clothes. Otherwise it had everything we needed. Nice and pleasant stay.
The apartment was spacious and super clean. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. This will be our place to stay every time we come to Raleigh!
This apartment is perfect if you are in Raleigh to visit NC State as it is right across the road from the college. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building is fairly new, but did have an odd smell in the foyer - almost as if there was a sewer issue. Not a deal breaker and hopefully just a transient issue. Hillsborough Street is interesting; a bit of a mix of old run down and new construction - definitely a little eclectic. A new metro Target is about three blocks away and is perfect for supplies. We found the restaurants were excellent - especially the Kebab and Curry restaurant. At night it can be a little noisy with very loud cars and motorcycles cruising up and down the road. Generally it quiets down by midnight but might be more disruptive if you are early to bed. Parking is easy and right behind the building and the area is very walkable.
Great location with a ton of dining or quick bite options in walking distance. Just an $8 Lyft ride to DT Raleigh with a ton of action. Walking distance to the campus. Loved it!!!
This property was exactly what our family needed for temporary housing during a dusty renovation at our home. Plenty to do in walking distance. Terrific open spaces on campus across the street and the park out back. Three bathrooms kept the peace with our three teenagers. The living space had everything we needed. Great experience!
