Enjoy this comfortable accommodation located in the "Aloha Playa" Complex on the first beach line, with a pool and terrace with a front view of the sea.



The accommodation is a 1-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen-living-dining room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small terrace with a front view of the sea.



The building also has pools facing the sea, a direct pedestrian exit to the beach, and nearby you will find several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket.



We are always available for our guests.



Aloha Playa is a building located on the first line of the beach in Benalmadena Costa, with large swimming pools and direct access to the main street of Benalmadena that leads to the Arroyo de la Miel beach, one of the most beautiful in the area. Nearby, you will also find the Bil Bil Castle, and a 5-minute walk away is a large supermarket of the "Dia" brand.



In this accommodation, smoking is prohibited. If you fail to comply with the rule, you will be subject to a penalty of 100€.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.

Ce que nous avons apprécié : la clarté des infos pour recevoir la clé et accéder à l'appartement malgré une arrivée nocturne, la réactivité du personnel de l'agence pour régler un problème de wifi, la situation face à la mer et près du centre, la vue depuis le balcon/terrasse sur la côte, la salle de bains (malgré une douche étroite), la literie confortable, la fraîcheur relative dans l'appartement même sans utiliser la clim,les chaises longues au bord de la piscine, la facilité des transports en commun.Ce que nous avons moins aimé : le peu d'équipement en ustenciles de cuisine( pas de passoire pour égouter pâtes ou légumes, pas de couteau de cuisine, un seul petit saladier, pas de verre à vin, ni de flûte, ni de long drink, l'étroitesse du balcon/terrasse (difficile d'y manger à deux, impossible à trois), l'étroitesse de la chambre (deux lits simples séparés par une table de nuit : les réunir est possible au prix ensuite d'une acrobatie pour accéder à l'un des deux lits), aucune chaîne de télé francophone, pas de pare soleil sur la façade.En bref, nous nous sommes adaptés aux lacunes et avons passé à deux une excellent séjour. Nous pourrions y retourner à l'occasion. L'appartement nous semble cependant trop petit pour y séjourner à trois.
