The Space:
Set in the peaceful village of Westmancote, this spacious four-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort and amenities, with plenty of room to relax, unwind and spend quality time together.
Downstairs, the cosy sitting room provides a welcoming retreat, complete with a sizeable smart TV and ample seating to spread out and enjoy films as a group. There are also board games for relaxing evenings. For remote workers or those seeking some alone time, a separate study offers a desk, sofa, and smart TV.
The heart of the home is the high-spec shaker-style kitchen, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need. It opens into a bright dining area, creating a sociable space for shared meals. At the other end, a woodburner with two armchairs is the perfect spot for curling up with a book from the shelf. Large bifold doors lead out to a peaceful garden, where you’ll find a comfortable outdoor sofa set and table - perfect for al fresco dining or evening drinks.
