Modern 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Home in Cheltenham

Our home is a modern 4 bedroom town house that can accommodate up-to 10 guests.

On the ground floor is a hallway that leads to the fully equipped kitchen / diner with a dining table for up to 8 guests with patio doors leading to the rear patio garden with an outdoor seating area for up to 6 guests. Off the hallway, at the front of the house, is a double bedroom which has it's on en suite shower room.

On the first floor there is a comfortable lounge to the front which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The sofa can also pull out to make a sofa bed (the size of a small double bed) and for guests using the lounge as a bedroom there is an en suite shower room in the lounge that will be left unlocked. On the first floor too is a good size double bedroom, again with its own en suite shower and a wall mounted Smart TV.

On the top floor are two more double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms and wall mounted Smart TV's. All the bedrooms have double beds and are fully furnished with bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes. The upstairs bedrooms all have desks too.

Parking: For parking, we offer daily parking permits for 5 GBP per night per car for up to 2 cars. This will give you street parking in the local area. Prior to your stay we will request your vehicle registration number so we can add your car to the digital permit scheme.
