Waterloo Place is a short walk to the centre offering a variety of shops such as John Lewis. Nearby Montpellier has it's own eclectic mix of bars, boutiques & restaurants.



The Space:

Having been fully renovated recently, this charming Central Cheltenham Town House has accommodation measuring almost 1,200sq.ft. including 4 well proportioned double bedrooms (3 x King and 1 x Super King)



An imposing front door opens into an entrance hall typical for this style of house with the staircase rising to the first floor. A door opens into the spacious sitting room which has pocket doors leading through to the kitchen / dining room (with seating for 8) with a range of wall and base level storage units, granite work surfaces and an attractive outlook over the walled garden.



Beyond the kitchen is a versatile reception room that could be used as a home office or garden room together with a utility space with washer / dryer.



The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating throughout together with a downstairs Toilet.



The first floor offers three double bedrooms and a contemporary shower room whilst the second floor plays host to a principal bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.



Outside and to the rear is a manageable walled garden. There is a free to park space for 1 x Large Car on the curb driveway directly outside the property for additional vehicles there are nearby paid parking options.



Located in Cheltenham town centre, Waterloo Place is within a particularly short walk (3 mins) of the High Street which offers a wide variety of shops including John Lewis.



Montpellier, with its eclectic mix of bars, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, is just a sort walk away, as is Bath Road, Cheltenham General Hospital and the very popular Lido swimming pool.

From the moment we booked the accommodation, which was accurately described and pictured on the Expedia site, we had an instant response from the owner, Hamish, through the Expedia messaging platform. Hamish gave us all the details to make our stay comfortable, relaxed and safe. By using the App, we were able to communicate our questions effectively. And, to his credit, Hamish addressed some minor issues we raised during our stay just as quickly. Whilst we travelled by train to Cheltenham for visiting family, it was good to have the private car parking space at the door and knowing they could use it without penalty when we were dropped off after the family funeral, our reason for being in Cheltenham for a few days. The property is located in a prime spot in the town centre. Everything you need for the perfect stay in this beautiful town is within walking distance - restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes all within a leisurely 5 minute stroll. The accommodation was extremely homely and comfortable, decorated an equipped to a very high standard. Had we been staying longer, we would have made full use of the kitchen, dining, utility and outdoor spaces. Ample supplies for the dishwasher, washing machine were supplied, making a simpler shop for the longer term renter - a lovely, well thought out touch. The shower in the family bathroom was spacious with minimal lip, making access easy and trip free. Bedrooms were all comfortable. I would choose to stay here again
