Pet Friendly ~ Two Golf Carts ~ Golf Course

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the parking violation fee. We make every effort to clearly communicate the golf cart parking requirements, as they are set by the resort and not by our company. The policy is noted on the refrigerator in the home, included in the guest guide, and sent via text message at check-in. We also provided photos showing the golf carts parked on the pine straw as documentation of the violation. We understand it is unfortunate when fees are incurred, which is why we provide multiple reminders and warnings regarding the parking requirements throughout the stay. We appreciate your comments and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the property.

Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted you enjoyed your stay and found our location convenient. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to hosting you again.

We regret to hear that the unavailability of a golf cart had a negative impact on your recent stay with us. In the event that a golf cart becomes unavailable, we make it an immediate priority to promptly notify our guests. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your party. We are continuously reviewing our procedures to find room for improvement to ensure the most efficient resolutions. We recommend using the Sandestin Tram Service for navigating around the Sandestin area as it is complimentary for all guests staying at the Resort. It runs during early and late hours to ensure safe transportation to your next destination. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the near future.

We're thrilled to hear that your third stay at Unit 1923 was exceptional! It's great to know that the upgraded golf carts and the new addition of a TV in the Master bath enhanced your comfort.Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thanks for the feedback, Ruth. We apologize if you felt the property was not to your standards. A member of our team checked the sofa and it is not stained. Maybe it is the fabric that appears darker? The kitchen inventory has been checked and updated where needed, so thank you for alerting us to this. We hope you had a wonderful vacation experience and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

That's wonderful that everyone had plenty of space in the house, LeighAnn and that you all had fun people-watching from the patio and the balcony. We hope next time you stay you let us know if there's anything that isn't to your standard. We are happy to help! We want all of your memories to be perfect. Come back soon to make more!
