Brand new listing on VRBO (although we've been open and receiving guests and 5 star reviews for four years) - our place is located right in the heart of iconic Derry, in the city's most important conservation area, the Clarendon Street Conservation Area, this city-centre, fully restored boutique Georgian townhouse has five bedrooms with high thread count luxury linens and throws to snuggle up with, two main reception rooms, a large, fully-stocked open plan kitchen with a full dining and socializing space, and two full bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom, a fully enclosed south-west facing garden - it's the perfect 'home from home' complete with a designer-led, stylish decor, plus a sunny, sheltered, private garden featuring a weatherproof Zen Zone with hammock & outdoor kitchen and patio and outdoor seating area all with full sets of outdoor crockery to cook and dine alfresco.

Located less than a 5 min walk to the Free Derry Museum, the Guildhall and Peace Bridge, Brooke Park & around 45mins to the renowned Glenveagh National Park, the Giants Causeway, Benome Beach and Carrick-a-Reedy

Our place boasts a dine-in kitchen, chic sunroom onto garden, luxurious lounge & elegant fireplace, two full bathrooms including a huge family bathroom with romantic roll-top bath, and a downstairs cloakroom, and a luxury linen and soft furnishings & luxe bedrooms.
