Another must-see is Launceston, the old capital of Cornwall with its 13th-century castle. Tintagel is home to a stunning castle, Merlin's Cave, the Glebe Cliffs and Tintagel Old Post Office (both of which are maintained by the National Trust), and the King Arthur's Arms Inn.
