Peartree Cottage consists of a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee maker, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with Smart TV, and football table and an external games room. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a family room with double, bunk and z-bed, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with courtyard, furniture, barbecue and hot tub for 5, and private parking for 1 car. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. You'll find a shop within 0.3 miles, a pub within 0.3 miles, and a beach within 0.5 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Peartree Cottage is a lovely base for exploring Skegness and the Lincolnshire coast. Note: Z-bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements. Good Housekeeping Bond 100 GBP

The popular Lincolnshire seaside town of Skegness offers a Blue Flag beach with a clean, golden sandy shoreline, and an attractive promenade where the young and the not-so-young can relax or play.
