Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome . There is an adjacent non accessible farm field that occasionally has rotating bulls or sheep. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200.00. Note: Please refrain from charging electric vehicles at the property, there is electric charging points located at Corwyn Rhug Estate Farm roughly 5 minutes away.
