Fully equipped and with modern and carefully considered decoration. It has a surface area of 100 m², plus two terraces: one of 7 m² and another of 10 m². From the apartment you can enjoy sea views. The beach is only 100 metres away from the building exit.

The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.).

It has satellite television and 2 bathrooms with shower.

In addition, the accommodation has the following amenities: lift, terrace furniture, iron and air conditioning. The apartment has 1 double bed and 3 single beds.
