Designed as an intimate, refined residence, this 80m² home spans three floors—ground, first, and second—connected by two thoughtfully integrated staircases. Every space reflects a design-led approach, where contemporary style meets elevated comfort. From the second floor, guests have direct access to a veranda with an alfresco dining area, while a few steps above, the rooftop terrace unfolds with sun loungers and a comfortable lounge setting, ideal for relaxed evenings with the outdoor cinema.

Just a few steps above the dining veranda, the rooftop terrace reveals a thoughtfully designed open-air retreat, featuring two premium sun loungers, with yoga mats also available for peaceful wellness moments. As evening falls, the space transforms into an intimate lounge setting, where guests can enjoy the outdoor cinema experience under the stars (projector available), creating a truly memorable atmosphere.
