The living areas in the single-storey cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with a TV, seating for four people, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, cot and highchair available, washing machine, dishwasher, and a sitting room with a TV and woodburning stove. Games room. The bedrooms consist of two zip/link double, along with a bathroom. Outside, there are rear lawns with furniture and a fire pit, along with designated off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3, a pub. Please note that this property welcomes one well-behaved pet, but does not allow smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair and bike storage are also provided. Choose Orchard House Cottage for a relaxing stay by the Cotswolds AONB. Note: Please keep dogs on leads outside at all times as there are farm animals on site. Note: There is a cattery on site for guests who wish to bring cats. Note: This property rests on the same site as the owner's home, please consider this when booking.
