We enjoyed our week in this peaceful location.

We enjoyed our week in this peaceful location. A lovely cottage with a beautiful garden which has views over the Cotswold countryside. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed was super comfortable and the power shower was great. We enjoyed the local walks which included one to Rodmarton Manor- a lovely Arts and Crafts house. We also enjoyed visits to Westonbirt Arboretum and Chedworth Roman Villa which were fairly close. There are some great pubs just short drives away for meals out. A great base for a relaxing week. The friendly owners were very helpful with information about the local area.

We loved this cottage, it was really comfortable, well decorated and very well equipped. The garden was gorgeous with stunning views over the fields! Wildlife was amazing, Red kites, buzzards and swallows flew overhead, one evening we saw hedgehogs in the garden and deer in the field. Lots of lovely walks and wonderful pubs. The hosts were really helpful and friendly and we would definitely recommend it too others.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Cottage

Es war alles perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist groß und bietet viele Sitzplätze zum Entspannen. Die Nähe zu Cirencester ist super für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebung geeignet. Ansonsten bietet das Cottage alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Well appointed accommodation in stunningly beautiful surroundings. Very helpful owners next door who were only too keen to help when needed but also recognized our privacy and left us alone! Very quiet remote village which provided well needed seclusion and peace and quiet. Good Access to cirencester, Tetbury and all other areas of the area as well served by decent A roads. Le Jardin was a real delight.

Le Jardin was a real delight. Recently refurbished, it was in excellent condition when we arrived. We loved the large garden with views over the fields and met some friendly wildlife including the resident hedgehog. There's lots to do in the surrounding area and it is more peaceful than staying in the more touristy parts of the Cotswolds. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. We would go back. I would thoroughly recommend Le Jardin , the well equipped and comfortable accommodation together with a very pleasant and peaceful garden made this a very enjoyable holiday . The various attractions be it sight seeing at the many quaint villages ,or an endless supply of gardens or parks , plus many walking area`s ( must say the public footpaths could be better sign posted ) We never found the enchanted wood but had fun looking ! If it`s shop`s then Gloucester must come out tops . Also there are no end of pubs and restaurants to grab a meal .

A wonderful break in stunning surroundings. Accommodation was wonderful and really well equipped. Gardens and views were outstanding. In terms of location the cottage itself is tucked away and peaceful but within about 50 mins of big cities, Bristol, Bath and Gloucester. Or for more of a Cotswold environment it’s only 10 mins from Cirencester, Malmsbury and Tetbury. Owners Martine and Rod were welcoming and lovely and we arrived to a bottle of wine, milk in the fridge a bowl of chocolate eggs and beautiful tulips. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic time. The cottage and surrounding areas were stunning and the owners were really friendly and welcoming. Not a complaint at all but the beautiful garden is shared between the properties.
