The Atrium is a unique property situated by the seafront in Bournemouth. Within easy reach of both Boscombe and Bournemouth beach, the property is within easy reach of award-winning beaches. With two double bedrooms, the property sleeps a maximum of four people across two floors. The apartment also benefits from a private terrace and one allocated parking space in the carpark onsite.
The ground floor of this split level apartment consists of two double bedrooms. The second bedroom consists of a super-king zip’n’link bed (which can be split into twin beds upon request) and offers the ability of being conjoined with the master bedroom, ideal for parents and children. Next door, the master bedroom features a king size bed and one way mirrored glass, to ensure privacy isn’t compromised. The room also features a built-in wardrobe and ensuite (bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail).
With access from both the master bedroom and the lounge, the sunroom provides a relaxing space with access to the patio garden, with outdoor furniture. Stairs to the first floor lead to the dining/living area with three-seater sofa, chairs, smart TV and dining table. A separate utility room houses a washer/dryer and ironing facilities, available for guests’ use.
Across the landing, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, wine cooler, integrated hob, oven and dishwasher.
Parking – Car park space for one car Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included). Technology – Free WiFi available Kitchen – Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Please note the unique layout of this property before booking, as it may not be suitable for guests with additional accessibility needs. Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).
You will have exclusive use of the property for the duration of your stay. The quality of every guest’s experience is vital to the team, which is why they will ensure the home is presented to the very highest standard for your arrival.
You can also expect an attentive and responsive service during your stay, so should you encounter any problems or need advice or assistance, the team will be on-hand to help. Contact details will be shared with you when you confirm your stay.
