The Space:

As you walk through the private entrance, you’re welcomed by a hallway and a beautifully designed staircase connecting all floors. On this level, there is also a convenient half bathroom.



Downstairs opens into a bright, open-plan living space, featuring a grand dining table and two comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing together in front of Netflix in the evening. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped, from a hot water tap to a wine fridge. From here, step out into the serene garden through a stunning double-height window. The patio, with outdoor seating, is perfect for summer breakfasts accompanied by the gentle sound of birds.



Upstairs, the expansive master bedroom stretches from front to back, with a super king bed, ample wardrobes, and a luxurious en-suite with bath and shower. A second double bedroom offers a comfortable bed and has access to its own bathroom with a shower.

Guest Access:

Check-in is available between 3pm and 8pm. You will be met by a member of our team, who will welcome you to the home and walk you through everything you need to know. Late check-in after 8pm is available by prior request only and will incur an additional charge.

Known for its grand mansions, leafy streets, and panoramic views from the hilltop, Hampstead is a tranquil escape just a short journey from central London. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe, with surveillance and monitored streets. Wander to Hampstead’s charming boutiques, cosy cafés, and enjoy the peaceful expanses of Hampstead Heath, including the iconic Parliament Hill. Here, exclusivity meets comfort, offering a truly refined London lifestyle.



Getting Around:

The home is very well connected to central London.



- The nearest bus stop is just a 4-minute walk; from there, a bus takes you to central London in about 30 minutes.

- The closest tube station is Golders Green, a 15 to 20 minute walk; from there, it’s about 20 minutes to central London by tube.

- By taxi, the journey to central London takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

Please note that this is a personal home, not a typical holiday rental. As such, we ask for an extra level of respect and consideration during your stay. The home contains personal belongings and artwork, which are part of its character. We appreciate your mindfulness while enjoying the space.



- Smoking and parties are not permitted. There is a CCTV camera at the entrance and smoke and noise sensors throughout the house.

- Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.

- Please take your shoes off in the house.

- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.

- Any damage should be reported immediately to help maintain the property.

- A £500 security deposit is required in advance. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after successful check out



Guests can request private drivers, chefs, and concierge services, and will have 24/7 direct support from the hosts.
